The beach was eroded in the storm creating huge seas, but was still beautiful.

Walk to Gap Beach
It takes half an hour to walk from the campground at Arakoon to Gap Beach. Stunning beach but dangerous for swimming.

As this beach actually faces west, the sun sets over the water creating photographers' dream shots!
Camping at Arakoon
This is the view over the Trial Bay Goal and Trial Bay where we camp each year. The campground is below the goal to the far left of this picture. It is a stunning spot to camp.
The campground is at the far end of this beach. This is the view from the headland at South West Rocks. It takes only 40 minutes to walk along the beach from here to the campground.
